SensiPlus
Lighting, climate, scene control — and more
Available on request
The whole KNX building, in one app.
SensiPlus puts a KNX building on your phone: lighting, heating, hot water and shutters, arranged room by room, with scenes and schedules that run on their own.
Available on request — engineered and configured per project, on genuine KNX.
Under the hood — verified in code
How it works
Model it. Wire it. Automate it. Keep it.
Model the building
Location → building → floor → room → control, in a drag-and-drop editor.
- Nestable sub-floors — the model matches the building, not the other way round
- Weather per building
- Members scoped to specific rooms — or a single control
Wire it to KNX
Genuine group-address read/write with datapoint typing.
- 16 control types, 60+ datapoint functions
- Lighting, HVAC with setpoint feedback, shutters & blinds
- Electricity, water & heat metering, photovoltaics, AV
Set scenes & schedules
Scenes set many controls at once; schedules and timers run them on time.
- Recurring day-and-time schedules run action lists
- Countdown timers run for a duration and revert
- Edited from the phone, executed by the gateway
Keep control — even offline
If the internet drops, the gateway carries on controlling KNX locally.
- Fleet view — every site's database, KNX link, websocket and cloud health
- Remote gateway software updates, pushed per site
- Installer companies granted and revoked per building
- Push notifications with an inbox

The devices exactly as they appear in the app — dim the Entrance with the presets, flip the heating, or run a CORE scene. Every action becomes a KNX group write in the log.
Entrance 3rd Floor | Living Room
U/F Heating 3rd Floor | Living Room
Hot Water 3rd Floor | Bathroom
Scenes CORE · set many devices at once
Flip the internet off — then keep controlling the room. The on-site gateway executes everything from its local configuration, and syncs back when the connection returns.
Real homes, real control
Rooms, scenes and schedules — on genuine KNX.
Lighting, heating, hot water and shutters, arranged room by room — with scenes at a tap and schedules the on-site gateway runs on its own.

FAQ
Questions owners and installers ask.
What happens when the internet drops?
Nothing you'd notice — the on-site gateway falls back to its local configuration and keeps controlling the KNX bus. Scenes, schedules and timers keep executing; the cloud back-office resyncs when the connection returns.
Which protocols does it support?
KNX — by design. Genuine group-address read/write with datapoint typing, 16 control types and 60+ datapoint functions. It's a KNX system done deeply, not a multi-protocol wrapper.
Does it keep history and analytics?
SensiPlus is a control system, not an analytics one — it runs on live state, with a short 48-hour activity log. If you want long-term energy analytics and billing, that's SensiHub's job.
Can we limit what each person controls?
Yes, precisely — installer companies are granted and revoked per building, and individual members can be scoped to specific rooms or even a single control.
How do updates reach the building?
Installers push a gateway software release to a site from the dashboard; the gateway pulls it, restarts and reboots itself. KNX device firmware is not touched.
Tell us about your building.
KNX already on the bus, or a new project — we'll scope the bus, the devices and the model, and quote the project as a whole.
